VAL 01 is a multi-residential facility of 2 bedroom flatsfor This design is in response to the Client’s need to process coconut waste into economic products such as cocopeats after securing a grant from the European Union. The project has three blocks; a processing facility, a block for accommodation and administrative purposes. The site is located in the Danfa, in the Greater Accra Region. The processing plant accommodates six machines and has a 120 sqm area for storage of processed waste.
