This office is a modern two-storey office building for the Ghana Irrigation Development Authority. a sub vented agency of the Ministry of Food and Agriculture. Located in the airport residential hub of Acca, it covers an approximate area of 1000 square meters. The purpose of the structure is to accommodate administrative activities of the Agency. The superstructure was designed to be constructed with prefabricated PVC wall panels. The construction methodology was borne out of the desire of the Client to complete the structure in a very short period to allow for relocation. The building was oriented on the North-South axis and this made it possible for offices to be well lit with excellent ventilation, views, controlled daylightIng.
