Multi-Build Limited, from Monday 9th October, 2023 to 14th October. 2023 has met with a delegation from Planco Consulting and CES Consulting Engineers (all based in Germany) as part of technical collaboration for the Establishment of a Center of Excellence Building for Refrigeration and Green TVET at the Kumasi Technical Institute (KTI) in Kumasi. The project is being financed by the KfW Development Bank and is expected to be completed by end of year 2024. The project after completion aims to improve the preconditions for the creation of sustainable jobs as part of the Government of Ghana’s TVET reform agenda.

During the period, Multi-Build led by their Managing Director, Jerry Dwansah, Principal Architect, Michael Amoah and Charles Amissah-Koomson, Managing Architect together with PLANCO and CES had series of meetings with project owners- COTVET and paid working visits to site proposed site for the project to undertake an initial survey. The parties also had meetings to discuss further on the collaboration and other relevant matters. Multi-Build's responsibilities as part of the collaboration will be input in architectural design, engineering design (environmental, structural and MEP) and quantity surveying. Multi-Build will also be responsible for local supervision on site.
